Create closed user groups on your booking engine

This allows guests to input their email address to unlock discounts on available rates or allowing access to other hidden protected rates.

Configuring Closed User Groups in the CRM Service

  • Access the CRM service: Log into the BE admin panel and navigate to the CRM Service.

  • Open closed user groups: In the left-hand navigation menu, find and select Closed User Groups.

  • Click on Configure Closed Rates.

  • Set up your closed group: You will be directed to the Closed Group Rate Configuration page.

    • Begin by entering a title, a description, and an incentive list for your Closed User Group. This information will be displayed on the front page for all visitors.

  • Choose your promotion: Select the promotion you want to apply. This can either be a promo code or a discount code.

  • Add an image: From your media gallery, choose an image that represents your Closed User Group.

  • Click Save Changes to ensure your configurations are applied.

  • Your Closed User Group window is now active on the Booking Engine.

  • Visitors can enter their email address to receive a four-digit code via email, which they can use to unlock the promotion.


How to suspend or stop a Closed User Group from showing

  • Click the CRM tab along the top navigation.

  • Hover over Closed Group Rates.

  • Click Configure Closed Rates.

  • Under the header Apply Promotion change the status to suspended.
