Follow the steps below to understand how to read the report:
Daily search demand for dates of stay for the next 6 months. A trendline is included to show where there is demand that is above or below the normal trend for that period.
Monthly search demand for dates of stay for the next 12 months.
Daily volume of room bookings for all and net. A trend line is included to show where booking pace is above or below normal trend for that period.
Monthly volume of room bookings for all and net for the next 12 months.
ADR - average daily rate: Where multiple properties in different currencies are being charted together, no currency conversion takes place.
