To cancel a reservation from the New Cancellations list follow the steps below:
Go into the Booking Engine.
Click New Cancellations.
Click Process on the cancellation request you wish to process.
You can choose to either Deny Request or Agree To Request. There is an option for you to send the customer a confirmation and to add Internal Notes for the hotel/property.
Once you have either denied or agreed to the request it will be removed from the New Cancellations section.
