Process cancellations in the Booking Engine

To cancel a reservation from the New Cancellations list follow the steps below:

  • Go into the Booking Engine.

  • Click New Cancellations.

  • Click Process on the cancellation request you wish to process.

  • You can choose to either Deny Request or Agree To Request. There is an option for you to send the customer a confirmation and to add Internal Notes for the hotel/property.

  • Once you have either denied or agreed to the request it will be removed from the New Cancellations section.
