Min and max length of stay explained

Min length of stay

  • Min length of stay is the minimum amount of nights a customer must stay in the property if they book that rate.

  • If this is two that means the customer must stay for a minimum of two nights consecutively.

Max length of stay

  • Max length of stay is the maximum amount of nights a customer can can stay in the property if they book that rate.

  • If this is five that means a customer can only stay for a maximum of five nights consecutively.


Enter min and max length of stay on a rate

Follow the steps below to update your rate with either a min or max length of stay.

  1. Click the booking engine tab.

  2. Hover over Rates and Packages on the left navigation.

  3. Click Browse Rates.

  4. Click edit on the selected rate.

  5. Click the Restrictions tab.

  6. Enter a number into either the min or max length of stay boxes.

  7. Click save changes.
