Min and max leadin explained

Min Leadin

  • Min Leadin is the minimum amount of days a customer must make a reservation before they check-in.

  • If this is 0 that means the customer can book today and check-in today.

  • If you have an advance purchase rate where you wish customers to book at least 7 days in advance, then you should set the min leadin value on your rate to 7.

Max Leadin

  • Max Leadin is the maximum amount of days a customer can make a reservation in advance of check-in.

  • If this is 10 that means a customer can only make a reservation for check-in within the next 10 days.

  • On most rates, this value should be left blank unless you have specific reasons to set it.
