What is Min and Max LOS?
Min LOS
Min Length of stay is the minimum amount of nights a customer must stay in the property if they book that rate.
If this is 2 that means the customer must stay for a minimum of 2 nights consecutively.
Max LOS
Max length of stay is the maximum amount of nights a customer can can stay in the property if they book that rate.
If this is 5 that means a customer can only stay for a maximum of 5 nights consecutively.
Enter min and max LOS on a rate
Follow the steps below to update your rate with either a min or max LOS:
Click the booking engine along the top navigation.
Hover over rates and packages on the left navigation.
Click browse rates.
Click edit on the selected rate.
Click the restrictions tab.
Enter a number into either the min or max LOS boxes.
Click save changes.
