The IBE feedback feature helps to identify areas on the platform that are working well, need fixing, or require attention.

Users will be able to rate a page or feature on the IBE platform admin and provide free text comments.

In the admin screen, users will see a smiley face icon that triggers the rating functionality.

When the user clicks the smiley face a new popup will be introduced with rating options and a comment section.

Once feedback is left, click on Send.
