Leave feedback on the booking engine
Outlined below is where you can leave your feedback on the booking engine.
The booking engine feedback feature helps to identify areas on the platform that are working well, need fixing or require attention.
Users will be able to rate a page or feature on the booking engine platform admin and provide free text comments.
Follow the steps below to leave your feedback.
In the admin screen, users will see a smiley face icon that triggers the rating functionality.
Click the smiley face.
A new popup will open with rating options and a comment section.
Click send to submit your feedback.
