Update a customers email address on a reservation

Follow the steps below to make updates to a customers email address.

  1. Click the Booking Engine tab.

  2. Click Room Reservation Report.

  3. Enter the reference number or last name of the reservation.

  4. Click Search reservations.

  5. Click Details option on the reservation

  6. Under the header customer click the button Edit customer email

    .

  7. Enter the updated email address.

  8. Click save changes.
