Click Booking Engine along the top navigation.
On the left click Room Reservation Report.
Enter a date range.
Click Search reservations.
Click the details button beside any reservation.
Under the header customer click the button Conf Email to User.
Hover over this button and you will see what email it will send to. It should be your email address associated with your user account.
Edit your confirmation email
While confirmation emails follow a standard layout and have limited design flexibility, most of the content within them is dynamically pulled from your system settings.
To update this content, make changes through the Edit Site Profile or the Rate Editor, depending on what youβd like to adjust.

Rate Description - Editable in the Rate Editor.
Select Booking Engine along the top navigation.
Hover over Rates & Packages.
Click Browse Rates.
Click Edit on the specific rate.
Under the General Tab update the description.
Click Save Changes.
Room Details - Editable in the Room Editor.
Select Booking Engine along the top navigation.
Hover over Manage Rooms.
Click List Rooms.
Click Edit on the specific room.
Under the General Tab update the description.
Click Save Changes.
Rate Terms - Editable in the Rate Editor
Select Booking Engine along the top navigation.
Hover over Rates & Packages.
Click Browse Rates.
Under the General Tab update the terms and conditions.
Click Save Changes.
Hotel Terms and Conditions - Editable in Edit Site Profile
Select Booking Engine along the top navigation.
Hover over Site Configuration.
Click Edit Site Profile.
Click Customer Info.
Enter the new information in the text box marked as Terms and Conditions.
Click Save Changes.
Best Rate Guarantee - Editable in Edit Site Profile
Select Booking Engine along the top navigation.
Hover over Site Configuration.
Click Edit Site Profile.
Click Customer Info.
Enter the new information in the text box marked as Best Rate Guarantee.
Click Save Changes.
