Reservation confirmation email
Outlined below is the information on how to view the confirmation delivery status for a reservation or booking.
Click the Booking Engine tab.
Click Room Reservation Report on the left navigation.
Enter the guest last name or booking reference.
Click Search reservations.
Click details to access the reservation details.
In the reservation you will see a header called email logs.
The status of the email will show the status of the email.
It might be the case a customer has entered an incorrect email address.
These details can be updated.
A new confirmation email can then be resent to the customer.
Voucher confirmation email
Outlined below is the information on how to view the confirmation delivery status for a voucher booking.
Click the Vouchers tab.
Click Search Sold Vouchers on the left navigation.
Enter the voucher reference or customer name.
Click Search vouchers.
Click details.
In the voucher you will see a header called email logs.
The status of the email will show.
It might be the case a customer has entered an incorrect email address and you may need to resend the voucher confirmation again.
πNote: Email log entries are updated every five minutes.
Email logs stored for reservations and vouchers
Listed below are the email logs that are stored for reservations and vouchers.
Booking confirmation email.
Pre-Stay email.
Post-Stay email.
Booking request email known as the waiting list.
Cancellation email.
Cancellation request email.
Voucher confirmation email.
Email statuses
There are three different email log statuses that you will see in an email log.
Waiting: Sent but no confirmation.
Delivered: Confirmation received.
Bounced: Failed email from been sent.
πNote: Support can only tell if an email reached the intended mail server. After that, we have no visibility if it went into the inbox or into junk or spam.
