Changing customers email address's on reservations

This article details how to update a customers email on a booking.

  • If a customer has entered the wrong email address on a reservation and they wish to have it changed, the hotel or property will have to email the SHR support team at [email protected]

  • In the email, please provide the reservation number and the correct email address for the guest.

  • The support team will confirm with the hotel or property once the changes have been made and you can then resend the customer the confirmation email to the new corrected email address.
