Cancelled reservations still getting pre or post stay email

The only reason a pre-stay email is sent for a reservation is if the reservation is still active in the BE:

  • You may have cancelled on your own system but not cancelled it in the BE.

  • If you want to be sure that the reservation is cancelled in the BE you can check it by following these steps .

  • If the reservation is not cancelled in the BE you can cancel it by following these steps .
