Edit the Pre, Post Stay and Wait List emails
Follow the steps below to learn how to edit email templates:
Navigate to the Booking Engine along the top navigation.
On the left hover over Site Configuration.
Click Email Templates.
The list of templates will show.
Click edit on the correct template and the template editor will appear.
Name of the email template. This is just for template listing. It is not sent to the client.
Template type. You can select type from pre-stay, post-stay, waitlist.
Title of the email. You can use predefined buttons which will be replaced with proper data when an email will be sent.
Text editor area.
Depending on the template type default content will pre populate.
You can select font styling for your email content.
Predefined buttons are available to insert through out the text. The set of buttons may vary from template type selection.
Simply type your required text to update the content of the mail.
To preview the email click the button update preview email.
The drop down list called overwrite template design can be clicked to choose a saved template to overwrite with the new template.
A test email to an email address can also be sent. Enter your email address to receive the preview and click send test email..
Click save changes.
If you would like a new email design you will need to contact support.

Navigate to the Booking Engine along the top navigation.
On the left hover over Site Configuration.
Click Email Templates.
The list of templates will show.
Click edit on the correct template and the template editor will appear.
Click Update Preview Email button to see how the email will look like.
To test other email designs you can choose them from the drop-down menu called overwrite template design.
On the preview window, you can see what design has been used and where to change it if needed.
A test email to an email address can also be sent. Enter your email address to receive the preview and click send test email.
🤓 Tip: It is recommended that all email designs should look good on mobile devices so for large monitors preview of the email is on the right side of the page. If you can’t see a full width of your edited template you can click the button to move preview window below the editor.
