Confirmation email delivery status
How to view the status of a confirmation email for a reservation:
Reservation confirmation email
Click booking engine on the top navigation.
Click room reservation report.
Enter the guest last name or reference.
Click search reservations.
The reservation will populate.
Click details.
In the reservation you will see a header called email logs.
The status of the email will show.
Voucher confirmation email
How to view the status of a confirmation email for a voucher:
Click vouchers along the top navigation.
Click search sold vouchers.
Enter the voucher reference or customer name.
Click search vouchers.
Click details.
In the voucher you will see a header called email logs.
The status of the email will show.
Note: Email log entries are updated every five minutes.

Email statuses
There are three different email log statuses:

Waiting
Sent but no confirmation.
Delivered
Confirmation received from receiving email server.
Bounced
Failed message received from receiving email server.
Note: SHR can only tell if an email reached the intended mail server. After that, we have no visibility if it went into the inbox or into junk or spam.
