Edit the confirmation email

This article outlines how to edit the confirmation confirmation email text.

While confirmation emails follow a standard layout and have limited design flexibility, most of the content within them is dynamically pulled from your system settings.

To update this content, make changes through the edit site profile and the rate editor, depending on what you’d like to adjust.

Outlined below are the area you can edit to update the confirmation email.

Update rate description:

  1. Click Booking Engine.

  2. Hover over Rates & Packages.

  3. Click Browse Rates.

  4. Click edit on the specific rate.

  5. Under the General tab update the description.

  6. Click save changes.

Update room description:

  1. Click Booking Engine.

  2. Hover over Manage Rooms.

  3. Click List Rooms.

  4. Click edit on the specific room.

  5. Under the General tab update the room description.

  6. Click save changes.

Update rate terms and conditions:

  1. Click Booking Engine.

  2. Hover over Rates & Packages.

  3. Click Browse Rates.

  4. Under the General tab update the terms and conditions.

  5. Click save changes.

Update hotel terms and conditions:

  1. Click Booking Engine.

  2. Hover over Site Configuration.

  3. Click Edit Site Profile.

  4. Click Customer Info.

  5. Enter the new information in the text box named terms and conditions.

  6. Click save changes.

Update best rate guarantee:

  1. Click Booking Engine.

  2. Hover over Site Configuration.

  3. Click Edit Site Profile.

  4. Click Customer Info.

  5. Enter the new information in the text box named best rate guarantee.

  6. Click save changes.
