Lead in deposits

Lead in deposits are used to take a deposit at the time of booking within a specific period.

For example if you enter a minimum lead in day of five and a maximum lead in day of ten then a deposit will be taken for any reservations made between five and ten days of check in.

Any other days outside of this period will not have a deposit taken.

In this example:

  • If a reservation is made four days before check in there is no deposit taken.

  • If the reservation is made twelve days before check in there is no deposit taken.

  • If the reservation is made any time between five and ten days of check in a deposit will be taken.
