Create a hidden voucher

Hidden vouchers functionality, giving hotels greater control over voucher visibility and distribution. Hotels can configure vouchers as hidden, providing a more targeted

approach to voucher marketing whilst maintaining flexibility in how and where these

vouchers appear.

Follow the steps below to create a hidden voucher.

  1. Navigate to the voucher tab.

  2. On the left navigation click List Vouchers.

  3. Click edit on the voucher you would like to make hidden.

  4. Click the restrictions tab.

  5. Under the header access restriction, tick the box named hidden voucher/ticket.

  6. Click save changes.


Access a hidden voucher

Hidden vouchers follow specific display rules to ensure maximum flexibility:

  • Default behavior:

    • Vouchers remain invisible on the homepage and voucher group pages by default.

  • Manual group assignment:

    • Vouchers become visible in voucher group pages when explicitly assigned to a group from the back-end system.

  • Deep link activation:

    • When users access the site via a deep link, hidden vouchers become visible on the index page, allowing customers to discover the exclusive offer.

  1. Navigate to the voucher tab.

  2. On the left navigation click List Vouchers.

  3. Navigate to your hidden voucher.

  4. On the voucher list screen click the web button.

    • A new window will open and you should copy the URL from this window.

  5. The second option is to click the copy icon .

    • This will copy the link to your clipboard.
