Set up guest retention vouchers
Outlined below are steps to create a guest retention voucher.
Add the voucher to a hidden voucher.
Copy the URL from the new hidden voucher.
Activate guest retention vouchers
Outlined below is how to activate a guest retention voucher.
Click the Booking Engine tab.
Hover over Site Configuration.
Click Edit Site Profile.
Click the General Tab.
Paste the link of the already created voucher into the cancellation voucher group URL.
Click the Customer Info tab.
Add a customer cancellation message.
A customized message will appear after the guests confirms the cancellation.
Click save changes.
