Navigate to the CRM dashboard

To navigate to the CRM dashboard follow the step below:

  1. Click CRM and the dashboard is available.

Outlined below is the explanation of each section of the CRM dashboard.

All active users

All active users that have signed up to be a user or to have an account is counted and a figure is shown.

Accounts activity

This will give an overview of when a user last logged in.

Accounts Countries

This will give an overview of the top ten countries as selected by the user when signing up for an account.

New account requests

This will show data from the last 18 months. The data shown reflects how many users signed up for as casual account, these users have signed up via a member rate. The other option is the user has been added by the property as a corporate account.

New account requests

This shows the percentage breakdown of the type of account that a user has been signed up to. There is no timeline of this data.

Newsletter signup methods

This will show data from the last 18 months. The data is shown as transaction and confirmed email signup.

  • Transaction is signups during the booking of a reservation by ticking the box on the book page or the page where a customer adds their name, address, contact details and card details before completing the booking. The box reads: Please tick here if you want to receive marketing emails with our latest offers. Sign me up to the newsletter.

  • Confirmed email signup is a signup via another source such as a link on a website page.

Newsletter signup methods

This shows the percentage breakdown of the type of newsletter signup either transactional or confirmed email signup. There is no timeline of this data.

This will show data from the last 18 months. The data is shown as transaction, CRM and the recommender engine.

  • Transaction is signups during the booking of a reservation by ticking the box on the book page or the page where a customer adds their name, address, contact details and card details before completing the booking. The box reads: Please tick here if you want to receive marketing emails with our latest offers. Sign me up to the newsletter.

  • CRM is signup via the newsletter link.

  • Recommender engine is sign up while browsing the recommender engine. The signup link is typically in the footer.

Newsletter signup sources

This shows the percentage breakdown of the type of newsletter signup. Unknown might be highlighted and this is due to signup via the newsletter link on a website page. There is no timeline of this data.

Newsletter interests

The top ten newsletter interests are broken down by percentage.

Newsletter Countries

This will give an overview of the top ten countries as selected by the user when signing up to the newsletter.

Closed user group signups

This will show data from the last 18 months. The data is brown down by verified and not verified.

  • Verified is when the user signs up via a closed user group and during the sign up the user enters their email and then enters the four digit code that they are sent during the sign up process.

  • Not verified is when a user sign up via a closed user group and enters their email address but do not enter the four digit code.

Closed user group signups

This shows the percentage breakdown of verified and not verified signups via the closed user group.
