Review card expiry warning

Review reservations that have cards that are due to expire prior to check-in.

If the system detects that a guest's payment card will expire before their check-in date, a prominent warning is now included in:

  • The hotel confirmation email to the guest.

  • The reservation message sent to your PMS.

This gives you and your team time to follow up and collect updated payment details before the guest arrives.

To view the reservation with the card expiry warning follow the steps below.

  1. Click Booking Engine.

  2. Click Room Reservation Report.

  3. Enter the reservation number or last name of the reservation.

  4. Click Search reservations.

  5. Click details on the reservation.

  6. Under the header card details the warning can be viewed.

πŸ“ŒNote: Credit card details should be updated in the properties PMS. It is not possible to update card details in the booking engine.
