Failed reservation
If you would like to view a reservation that is not yet in your PMS, you can view the status of the confirmation email.
Outlined below is the information on how to view the confirmation delivery status for a reservation or booking.
Click the Booking Engine tab.
Click Room Reservation Report on the left navigation.
Enter the guest last name or booking reference.
Click Search reservations.
Click details to access the reservation details.
In the reservation you will see a header called email logs.
The status of the email will show the status of the email.
If the email appears to be failed contact the support team for further investigation.
π€ Tip: You can view the email delivery status for customer emails and for hotel emails also.
