Add your rate restrictions
Min & Max LOS: set the minimum and maximum length of stay.
For example, a Min LOS of 2 requires guests to book at least 2 nights, while a Max LOS of 4 limits bookings to no more than 4 nights. This is typically used for package rates.
If there are no stay restrictions, leave Min LOS at 1 and Max LOS blank.
Min & Max lead-in: entering a minimum lead-in of 7 means the rate will only appear for check-ins at least 7 days in advance—ideal for advance purchase rates.
A maximum lead-in of 14 limits visibility to stays within 14 days from booking.
Check-in days: limit which days guests can check in for this rate. Perfect for midweek specials where weekend check-ins aren’t allowed.
LOS pattern: when selected, this enforces a specific length-of-stay pattern that the guest must follow to book the rate.
Linked rate restrictions: controls how restrictions from a parent rate are applied to the linked rate.
This only affects restrictions set via the restrictions manager or received from your PMS/Channel Manager.
Sell date restrictions: set a booking window for the rate—ideal for limited-time offers like flash sales.
This only limits when the rate can be booked, not the stay dates. Leave unchecked if no booking window is needed.
LOS discounts: LOS discounts let you offer “Stay and Save” deals without creating multiple rates.
Click add discount rule to create a new rule for LOS discount.
