Edit how the terms and conditions appear on the booking engine
Follow the steps below to edit the terms and conditions appearance on the booking engine.
⚠️Important: It is not possible to change the location of the terms and conditions but it is possible to have them hidden by default.
Click the Booking Engine tab.
Hover over Site Configuration on the left navigation.
Click Edit Site Profile.
Click on the Flags tab.
Under the title hotel flags, you can opt in or opt out to hide terms and conditions by default.
If you tick this box, the terms and conditions will not automatically display on the book page of the booking engine.
Terms and conditions will only show if a customer clicks on the terms and conditions link on the book page of the booking engine.
🤓Tip: If you want to style how the text appears you can use HTML tags such as:

<em>Italicized Text<em>
<u>Underlined Text</u>
