Disable all confirmation emails from going to your customers

If you use a separate system to email booking confirmations to guests and need to disable confirmation emails from the booking engine, follow the steps below to action this.

  1. Click the Booking Engine.

  2. Hover over Site Configuration.

  3. Click Edit Site Profile.

  4. Click the Flags tab.

  5. Under the header hotel flags click Disable Consumer Reservation Email.

  6. Click save changes.
