Cancelled reservations still receiving a pre or post stay email

This article details why a reservation would still receive a pre or post stay email.

The only reason a pre or post stay email is sent for a reservation is if the reservation is still active in the booking engine.

  • You may have cancelled the reservation in your PMS but not cancelled it in the booking engine.

  • Check the status of a reservation to ensure it is cancelled.

  • If the reservation has not been cancelled, you can cancel the reservation in the booking engine.
