Manage new reservations

Follow the steps below to manage new reservations.

  1. Click the Booking Engine tab.

  2. Click New Reservations on the left navigation.

    • The number beside this shows how many new reservations there are.

    • If you are integrated with a PMS or channel manager there may not be any new reservations to view here. Once they have been successfully sent to an integrated system they are automatically marked as processed.

  3. From this screen you can tick as many reservations as you want to process.

  4. Click mark processed to remove the reservation from the new reservations screen.

    • If you want to view more about the reservation just click on details.

  5. From the details screen you can view all information on the reservation, and you can process or modify the reservation from here as needed.
