If the guest has submitted a cancellation request online, the reason a guest would not receive a cancellation email is:

1. Because they requested a cancellation and the hotel or property hasn't processed the request yet.

OR

2.
Because the Send Cancellation Confirmation option was set to No when the hotel or property processed the cancellation request.
