⚠️ Important: It is only recommended to delete cancellation policies that do not have rates attached to them. Deleting cancellation policies will impact reservations if they are in use. This action is only advised if a cancellation policy was set up in error and has no reservations or rates attached to it.
The following details how to delete a cancellation policy.
Click the Booking Engine tab.
Hover over Site Configuration.
Click Cancellation Policies.
Select the policy by ticking the box next to the policy.
Click Delete Selected Policies.
