If you have an agreement with Tripadvisor for their Tripconnect service and you would like SHR Group to feed some of your rates directly to the Tripadvisor channel, then follow these steps.
Click Booking Engine along the top navigation.
On the left navigation panel hover over Rates & Packages.
Click Browse Rates.
Click Edit on the rate you want to map to TripAdvisor.
Select the Channels tab.
In the channels tab check the box with 64 - TripAdvisor IB.
Click save changes.
You will now see the TripAdvisor symbol beside the rate in the rates editor. Your rate feed should shortly be available on Tripadvisor.
⚠️Important: You must have an active subscription with TripAdvisor. Once you have a subscription send the details to the technical support team [email protected] will activate the channel so you can select this channel and send rates to appear on TripAdvisor.
