Linked rates to manage prices on BE, while sending reservation data back to Hotsoft

Hotsoft can only update standalone rates on BE, not linked rates.

However Hotsoft can still receive reservations on this rate provided there is a mapping for it in Hotsoft. So linked rates can be used on the interface, but the pricing will be determined by the parent rate.
