Set up a member rate in the booking engine
Follow the steps below to create a member rate.
Click the Booking Engine tab.
Hover over Rates and Packages on the left navigation.
Click Browse Rates.
Click edit.
Click the Advanced tab.
Under the header access restriction click the button Member rate.
Click save changes.
A person icon will indicate a member rate.
Customer access to a member rate
Below will outline how a customer can access a member rate.
Navigate to the booking engine.
On the choose page, a member rate will be shown as a typical rate.
The book now button will be replaced with a sign up button.
Click the sign up button and it will open a login screen or a customer can sign up in this screen to become a member of the property and receive discounts.
A customer will book the rate as normal.
