Rate troubleshooting tool
Rate troubleshooting tool will identify any issues with your rate. To learn how to use this tool click here
The following could be the main reasons your rates are not showing:
Integrated rates not synced
Ensure your rate is set to externally managed and mapped to the correct rate in your CM or PMS and that all pricing has been pushed into booking engine.
If your rate is not integrated make sure you have set your pricing in the booking engine with a valid rate period.
Inventory set to 0 for ALL Rooms on that date
Please check the inventory management section on booking engine to see if you have inventory for that date.
If you don't have inventory, you will need to sync correct data across from your PMS/Channel Manager (if integrated) or use the inventory manager on the booking engine to manually insert new available room inventory.
A restriction has been applied across your rooms and rates to block people from booking that date
Somebody in your property may have (accidentally) set a restriction across multiple rates and rooms that blocks people from booking that date. This may have been done either through an upload of data from an integrated PMS or Channel Manager or by using the restriction manager in the booking engine.
Check the restriction management section on the booking engine to see if restrictions have been applied against that date.
If Restrictions have been applied, you will need to undo them via the method that set them originally e.g. PMS or Channel Manager update or manual restriction manager changes.
Pricing has been removed across all your rates
Somebody in your property may have accidentally removed pricing across multiple rates.
This may have been done either through an upload of data from an integrated PMS or Channel Manager or by removing them manually on the prices editor for rates in the booking engine.
Check the prices editor for some of your rates on the booking engine to see if you prices have been removed.
If prices have been removed, you will need to add them via the method that set them originally e.g. PMS or Channel Manager update or manual entry of the prices in the prices editor for each rate.
