Rate not showing on your Booking Engine
In situations where your rate is not displaying for any date or a select date, use the Rate Troubleshooting tool to analyze your rate further.
Follow the steps below to learn how to use the tool:
Go to the Booking Engine tab within SHR Booking Engine.
On the left navigation panel select Rates & Packages.
Click Browse Rates.
Scroll until you find the rate that is having a display issue and then click the Rate Troubleshooting question mark icon shown in the image below.

This will take you to the rate troubleshooting helpdesk where you must select:
The rate that is having display issues.
The date you are trying to search for on this rate.
The number of nights you are searching for on this rate.
Click the check button to generate the results.
Once you have clicked the check button it will return the results of the search and will flag any errors on your rate that require investigation.
The rate troubleshooting helpdesk will highlight any availability, pricing or rate restriction issues occurring for your selected rate which then will allow you to review and action it, if required.
