Overview of the site score
In this video you will be guided through how to navigate the site score.
Site score location
Follow the steps below to navigate to your site score:
Click the booking engine tab.
You will see the site score in the top right of the screen.

Follow the steps below to learn how to navigate the site score:
Click on the site score.
This will open a new window.
The first bar will show you the over all score of your booking engine.
Click the second bar named site setup score.
This will open a list of item that are associated with the site setup score.
If the thumbs up symbol is in green then there is no action required.
If the thumb is red and downward then action is required.
There is a title and description include in the list so you know what update is required.
Click on the fix button or the show more option.
Clicking the fix button will open a new window. The item that is required to be updated is in this window. Refer to the title and description in the site score to know what to update.
Show more is the other option. Click show more and a list of areas that require updating will appear.
Click the blue area and the system will open a new window into the area that requires updating.
Navigate through each section to see how you can improve your site score.
Use the help desk articles to assist with updating various items listed in the site score.
How many points are there for each item
Follow the steps below to learn how the points are distributed on the site score:
Click on an area in the site score for example room setup score.
You will see a header called points.
Beside each item there is an allocation of scores ranging from 0-5.
What score should the site score be
Any score over 70% is considered a good site score.
A score near to 80% means most of the best practices are active on your site score.
Note: The site score can not be updated by support. To gain points you would need to action the listed suggestions.
